Well, let me tell ya somethin’ about these here Air Jordans, the 23s and all them others. Folks keep askin’ when they comin’ out, like I got a crystal ball or somethin’. I ain’t no fancy shoe expert, but I do know a thing or two ’bout when them fellas like to drop their new kicks.
Now, from what I hear, the Air Jordan 23, that fancy one, it first came out way back in January 25, 2008, but only a few lucky ducks got ’em then. The rest of y’all had to wait till February 23, 2008, to get your hands on ’em. That’s a long time ago, y’all. Back then, things were simpler, you know? You just went to the store and got your shoes. Now they got all this online stuff, raffles and whatnot. Confusin’ if ya ask me.
But let’s talk about some newer ones. Seems like they always comin’ out with somethin’. I heard whispers about somethin’ called the Air Jordan 4 RM “Chrome” for the ladies. They sayin’ it’s gonna be white with some shiny chrome stuff on it. Sounds kinda fancy, like somethin’ you’d wear to church on Sunday, if you didn’t wanna get ’em all muddy, that is. They sayin’ Spring 2025 for that one. That’s a ways off, so don’t go holdin’ your breath.
Then there’s all these other numbers and letters. Air Jordan 4 Retro White Oreo, they call it. Says here it’s got white, grey, black and fire red. Sounds like a whole lotta colors for one shoe. And they got some codes too, CT8527 somethin’ somethin’. Guess that helps them fellas at the store know what you’re talkin’ ’bout, but I just point and say “that one”. Works every time. You can find them shoes on *, *, * and all them places.
And there’s some smaller shoes for the young’uns, or maybe ladies with small feet. Air Jordan 1 Low, black, grey, and white. Simple colors, not too flashy. Comes out July 6, 2021, or so they say. And a Air Jordan 13 Low GS Very Berry, black, berry, and white. Sounds like somethin’ you’d eat, not wear! That one came out July 8th. See? They just keep on comin’. Always somethin’ new.
Now, sometimes you can find these shoes on sale, half off even! Big deals, they call ’em. Fifty percent off! That’s when I might be tempted to get myself a pair, even though my old work boots do just fine. But hey, a lady can dream, can’t she?
They got all kinds of Jordans, for basketball, for runnin’, for just lookin’ pretty, I guess. Nike, that’s the name they all talk about. They got a website, lots of folks go there. Millions of ’em, they say. And they let you return the shoes if they don’t fit, which is good, ’cause feet are funny things, ain’t they? Different sizes and all.
So, when are these Air Jordan release dates? Well, it’s like tryin’ to catch a greased pig, always movin’. You gotta keep your ears open, listen to the young folks, they know these things. Check the internet, if you know how. Or just go to the store and see what they got. That’s what I do. And if they got somethin’ you like, and it fits, and you can afford it, well then, go ahead and get yourself a pair of them fancy shoes.

Jordan shoes are popular, that’s for sure. Everywhere you look, someone’s wearin’ ’em. Guess they must be good shoes, even if I don’t understand why folks pay so much for ’em.
