Alright, let’s gab a bit about them K-pop girlies, Jennie and Tiffany. You know, the ones all the young’uns are crazy about. Don’t ask me how I know, word gets around, even out here in the sticks.

That’s her job, singin’ and dancin’ and lookin’ pretty.
Now Tiffany, she’s been around a bit longer, I reckon. Folks talk about her bein’ friends with all sorts of other famous folks. Says she’s got “besties” or somethin’. Sounds like a bunch of hens clucking together to me, but hey, if that’s what makes ’em happy. Friendship’s important, even for them city slickers. I remember my old pal Betsy, we used to… well, never mind that. Point is, Tiffany seems like the friendly sort, always smilin’ and whatnot.

And they got all these polls and votes about who’s the prettiest, who’s the best dancer, who’s the biggest fashion icon. It’s like a county fair beauty pageant, but on a much bigger scale. And the fans, they go wild! Voting and commenting and makin’ a fuss. I tell ya, it’s a whole different world from what I’m used to.

Back in my day, friendships were made of hard work and shared secrets, not just fancy clothes and cameras flashin’. But I guess times are different now. These girls are always in the spotlight, gotta stick together, I suppose. Like when you’re bailin’ hay with your neighbor and you don’t want the hay to fall all over the ground, you’ve got to work together, get it done.
Anyway, I don’t really get the whole K-pop thing. All that singin’ and dancin’ in fancy clothes… it’s a bit much for an old lady like me. But hey, if it makes folks happy, who am I to judge? They seem like hard workin’ gals, always practicin’ and performin’. And as long as they ain’t causin’ no trouble, I say let ‘em be. Just like how I let them young boys race their tractors out in the field, as long as they don’t tear up my garden.

So pretty girls can sing and dance and sometimes it sounds like a bunch of chickens in the hen house but that is ok since people like it and that’s all that matters. Makes no difference to me what they do as long as they work hard and stay out of trouble and be respectful to their elders.
